How much do you charge for inspection or to provide a quote for repair?

Our quotes are FREE of charge. (*Conditions Apply – Special repair reports are not included)


How does it work?

It’s simple.

Step 1. Book  a service request.

Step 2. Receive a quote to your email address within 24 hours.

Step 3. Send / Drop off your device to us.

Step 4. We repair it and send you the invoice.

Step 5. Once the payment has been received, we despatch your item(s) back.


How do I book a Service Request for my GPS device?

Simply, by filling out your contact details and a brief description of the fault by submitting our service request form . (same day reply!)
Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email with the information on where to post / drop off your device.
For quotes please use our Service Request Form instead.


Our turnaround times?

Our normal turnaround times are 2-3 business days.


What are your postage & handling fees?

We offer a flat rate of $12.00. Delivery time 2-3 business days. Customers are welcome to organise their own freight.
